Part of our pump range 4 Ways has a new premises and name.

4 Ways has made some large changes which has improved our outlook.
Firstly, we have a new name: Vacuum Pumps NZ, to reflect our core business.
Secondly, our move to better suited premises is a significant improvement.

It is our belief that our new name “Vacuum Pumps” will have more meaning to our customers. The new name should help our customers to find us in business directories. It should also be an easier name to remember. The reference to NZ reflects that we supply and service to the whole country and, we are proud to say, Vacuum Pumps NZ is 100% Kiwi family owned and operated. After two years under new management this new name will mark the company moving on to a new era.

Our new Albany premises are a significant improvement on our Silverdale unit. Our Albany location brings us, closer to many of our customers and suppliers and easier access to the motorways. We believe this will improve our response times for servicing and hope it will encourage our customers to visit us. Our workshop is a significant improvement, with more useable room and better light. With our custom workshop lay out, access and flow throughout has been optimised, and we were able to add a dedicated clean room and dirty room. All of this brings you, our customer, significant benefits in terms of higher quality and quicker turn around.

All of the staff at Vacuum Pumps NZ been very positive about our move, and have enjoyed our improved work environment. We are all looking forward to making the most of this great facility to service you, our customers.

This is a strategic change which follows the long list of improvements the new management have been making since taking over the company two years ago. All of these changes have been aimed at improving our profile and allows us to offer a more professional service.
